Unfinished business: Royal Delta back to Dubai in 2013

While the details of this story have been mentioned in the past, the Daily Racing Form’s Brad Free catches up with Cuban-born Ben Leon, owner of Royal Delta. The bottom line – if the daughter of Empire Maker is healthy, the next main goal  is the 2013 Dubai World Cup at Meydan.
