Eishin Flash joins Smart Falcon, Transcend, as Japanese starters for Dubai World Cup

Eishin Flash, winless since 2010 Japanese Derby (G1) in May of that year, has received an invitation for the Dubai World Cup, giving three chances for the Japanese entrants to do it again after the win by Victoire Pisa in 2011.  Transcend and Smart Falcon are the others.  Read more from the Racing Post.
