Silic rises in popularity following Dubai Duty Free

Despite winning the 1999 Breeders’ Cup Mile, Silic’s profile as a stallion was relatively small.  That is, until his son Gladiatorus defeated ten individual grade/group one winners in the 2009 Dubai Duty Free.  Standing for just $3,500 in California, the interest has picked up.
