If Master of Hounds run's as well again this year on the tapeta main track as he did in the 2011 UAE Derby, and Bold Silvano comes back and run's as well as he did in Rd. of the Al Maktoum Challenge, Mike De Kock could really have quite a formidable pair of horses for this year's DWC. A much more formidable pair than he had with Musir and Golden Sword in the 2011 DWC, IMO.

I'm just hopeful that De Kock brings Bold Silvano back to Meydan for the Carnival again in 2012. He was awfully impressive showing the kind of ease he did when he won Rd. 2 of the Al Maktoum Challenge at last year's Carnival. I'm still thoroughly convinced had Bold Silvano not suffered an injury prior to the Dubai World Cup that he would've been horse to beat in that race. I'd also expect to see De Kock possibly have Master of Hounds pointing toward the DWC this year, too.
