Joy And Fun expected back for Al Quoz Sprint

The winner of the inaugural Al Quoz Sprint at Meydan, Joy And Fun, is on track for a return to Dubai.  The Hong Kong based galloper was third in the 2012 edition of the race.  Trainer Derek Cruz also has Cerise Cherry planned for the Dubai Golden Shaheen.  Read more from the SCMP.

  1. Joy and Fun’s been running really well in Hong Kong. He won the Al Quoz Sprint in 2010 and finished 3rd behind Ortensia in last year’s renewal of the Al Quoz Sprint. If he comes to Meydan in form you certainly can’t just summarily dismiss his chances of winning the race again, IMO.
