Godolphin Mile winner African Story aimed at BMW Champions Mile in Hong Kong

While Viscount Nelson, second home in the 2012 Godolphin Mile (G2) is expected to take his spot for the Audemars Piguet Queen Elizabeth II Cup (G1) at the end of April, African Story, the winner of the Godolphin Mile, has been named as a selected international runner for the BMW Champions Mile (G1) a week later.  Musir, the 2010 UAE Derby (G2) winner is expected to make his final career start in the race, while Ambitious Dragon has been rerouted to this event over the 10-furlongs of the APQEII Cup.  Cityscape, this year’s Dubai Duty Free (G1) victor has also been named as a selected runner, but earlier reports from this week question whether that will be his preferred route.  Xtension, fifth behind Cityscape, is a probable runner.  Former Dubai World Cup meeting runners Beauty Flash and Sunny King are also expected, while Lucky Nine, a good third in the 2012 Dubai Golden Shaheen (G1) behind Krypton Factor, is also an anticipated starter.
