British bookmakers Coral released their first line on the 2010 Dubai World Cup (G1) today. Gio Ponti, second behind Zenyatta in the 2009 Breeders’ Cup Classic (G1) was installed as the 7-2 early favorite. Twice Over, third behind Zenyatta, was a co-second choice with Hong Kong Cup (G1) winner Vision D’Etat at 6-1; Luca Cumani-trainee Presvis was 8-1 bar.
The Dubai World Cup will be contested over ten furlongs, on Tapeta, for the first time in its 15-year history; part of an eight-race program on Saturday, March 27.
