Cecil blames lack of experience for Twice Over’s showing

While “blame” might be a strong word to use, trainer Henry Cecil ponders about the lack of a prep race for Twice Over following his tenth place finish in the 2010 Dubai World Cup.  In comments to the Press Association, available HERE, Cecil remarked that if Twice Over “had a run on the track before, it may have been a different story.”
