Pat Cummings covered Dubai racing for RacingDispatch.com beginning in 2006 and attended the 2007 and 2008 Dubai World Cup meetings. DubaiRaceNight.com was launched in January 2009 and Pat made his third consecutive trip in March 2009. Handicapping the 72 races at the 2008 Dubai International Racing Carnival, Pat’s record included 20 wins, 8 seconds, and 13 thirds for a 28% strike rate and 57% of his top selections finished in the top three. In 2009, Pat’s record was 14 wins, 14 seconds, and 14 thirds from 78 races for an 18% strike rate and 54% of his top selections finished in the top three. Pat is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA and has called races as the substitute track announcer at Philadelphia Park Racetrack since 1999.
