Handicapping the 72 races at the 2008 Dubai International Racing Carnival, Pat’s record included 20 wins, 8 seconds, and 13 thirds for a 28% strike rate and 57% of his top selections finished in the top three. In 2009, Pat’s record was 14 wins, 14 seconds, and 14 thirds from 78 races for an 18% strike rate and 54% of his top selections finished in the top three. Pat is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA and has called races as the substitute track announcer at Philadelphia Park Racetrack since 1999.
