Having returned to South Africa after little success in Europe, and now back under the guidance of former trainer Lucky Houdalakis, the winner of the 2009 Al Quoz Sprint (G3), J J The Jet Plane landed the Golden Horse Casino Sprint (G1) at Scottsville. J J The Jet Plane had some decent placings in top European sprints but failed to measure a quality win during this campaign. A former South African sprinting sensation, a return to the home turf may have done the trick.
