2008 Dubai Sheema Classic winner Sun Classique retired; broodmare career awaits

The runaway winner of the 2008 Dubai Sheema Classic, Sun Classique has been retired and is being sent to Australia to begin her broodmare career.  Reports from Wednesday indicate that the daughter of Fuji Kiseki, injured last summer preparing for a European campaign, was retired on the advice of trainer Mike De Kock to part-owner Lionel Cohen.
